Order Cancellations: 1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped. 2) There will be a $5.00 Order Cancellation Fee on all orders cancelled after a draft doll has been made (this is an additional charge to the small down payment on orders of 3 dolls or more) 3) Orders can be cancelled by emailing me at: mihijime_ckgarred@yahoo.com Returns and Replacements: I want your shopping experience here at Mihijime?s Attic to be a safe and enjoyable one. I appreciate your visiting and patronage. I stand behind everything I sell or am Commissioned to do. All damaged Dolls must be reported within 2 days and returned to me within 10 days for replacement. Damaged Dolls will be replaced for the exact same Doll - less the shipping! All Dolls are enclosed in a small plastic bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap or shipped in a padded envelope. I am NOT responsible for items that are damaged due to mishandling and/or normal use and wear. I need to be notified within 2 days for dolls that are broke or damaged due to shipping!
