I know I am late with the Commission List but life has kindof gotten in the way (trying to get my jeep ready fro our vaca - sorry!) but to make up for it I do have a couple of sneak peek pics of my fabric doll.  Just take a look and let me know what ya think.


This is the Juban or the Under Kimono for the doll. 

This is the actual Doll, although she is far from finished!!!. This is just so that I can see how the under and outer kimono's fit and how the obi will look on it. I still have to make the zori, fan, paint the face and sew on the hair, and then properly tie on the obi. I also need to make some sort of hair ornament.  Although I like the kimono and the body of the doll I am not to happy with the hands....there is just something....

Anyway, hope you guys like Mei (that's her name by the way) so far. Have a good weekend, and I will try my best to get that list up in a couple days. later! 

Again due to illness and such I have fallen behind in keeping my site and all updated and I do apologise for that. I am just now slowly getting everything caight back up and I am so thankful all of you are so understanding!!! I really do appreciate it guys!

Anyway, I will get an updated list up by mid week hopefully (as long as I get this next commission out on time  - ha). 

The Glorestor Commission Dolls have been sent out already and if you want to see what they look like please head over to Mawgy's site -  http://community.livejournal.com/glorestor/  -to see her pictures of them. I will not be posting my pictures of them until after her comp. is done on AUG. 31. 2008. So please head on over them and take a look, these guys are alot different from last year's models and I just hope everyone just likes them as much. Mawgy also has posted the magnets that she commissioned from me as well.

Other news is that I will be on vaca at the end of the month but I will still be able to answer my email ( just not every day - every couple days more like it - and I will also still be taking commissions okay. I will be gone from July 26th until Aug. 9th. But as I saud don't worry about getting ahold of me or such. I will have my laptop and also my doll stuff - I just won't be on the compu everyday or working on the dolls every afternoon or night okay.

I do have alot of new projects and commissions I am working on and I am sorry for not keeping you guys better informed. One thing I do want to inform you guys on is I am working on a new type of a doll that I am seriously considering of offering as a regular on my website if I get some more offers for it like I have.  I have made 2 so far and each was an improvement on the other and I am now working on the 3rd which will be posted on the site once I am done. To give you a sneak peek - These dolls are completely fabric dolls and range in size (these 3 went in size from 16" - 19"). I am currently working on a female doll in a flowing kimono. I hope to have her competed before my trip so that I can get the pictures up for you guys and all. Now this doll won't be for sale (she is a present for my little girl) but if I get some request for her like I did the other two I will take it into consideration okay. 

Anyway that is all I can think of for the moment, so as soon I have the update commissions list I will get that up as well. Thanks again guys, couldn't have made it this far without you all.

Due to a prolonged episode of my illness some commissions will be slightly (hopefully no more than 2-3 days) delayed. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and will hopefully be able to make it up to you guys. Also thanks everyone for your concern and well wishes. I also hope to finish up the new commission list and get it posted by the end of the week. Thanks again! 

Okay I thought I would give the new webstore freature a try out on here - unfortunatly I have more dolls than allotted items so some of the dolls are still listed on regular pages and those are listed as: Older ver.Dolls for Sale and Doll Sets for Sale. Also this webstore is still in the beta stages so please let me know if you have problems with anything so that I can report it back and hopefully get it fixed.

All Mid South Con Dolls have been listed in the store in the Star Wars, Final Fantasy, Lord of the Rings and Misc Doll categories. Please go give them a look and let me know what you think okay!

I also decided to add a small Phot Gallery to the site and have included some of the costuming pictures from the various Mid South Cons I have attended.

I am still working on an Updated version of the Commission List and hope to have it up in a day or two so please check back for that okay - sorry about the delay but with the con orders and inquiries I just have not had time to get everyone added and updated on thier commissions.

and man am I beat! My cold came back with a vengeance due to all the rain and cold but the con was fun and busy! I got alot of great comments and suggestions on my dolls and a few commissions to boot!

Updates to the site will take place on the site over the next few days such as: new dolls listed, pics from the con, updated commissions list and project list. I also hope to get a links page up shortly.

Thanks guys for being patient with me while I was working on the con dolls and I am looking forward to getting back to work on the other dolls now. All commissions will resume on Monday - right now I am just gonna curl up on the couch and read.
